I learned R mainly through university courses or actual data analysis. I don't have a book at hand but maybe you could look for something that explains statistics or data science by using R?
I think working with actual data is a nice practice and helps in terms of motivation.

Yah i need resources and references in analysis and visualization indeed... Any way can take it and improv, any pages can be felpfull like datacamp, whatever i need something more advanced than solo learing tutorial
