it seems like I can't practice or put myself in a practice mindset idk 😐 I guess I under slept

If you are learning. If it's just your new side-thing/hobby. Than it's fine to take a break. You should find reason to code something and you should feel you want to. Otherwise you will discourage yourself before you even start. If you like something think what can you do to utilise your programming skills to enhance it. Even if the idea sounds like is out of your league, than just search for similar cases and try to learn from it, to finally make a working code.
