My Code Playground doesn't work in any course

Code Playground not working. Help. I already update the app to the last versión and keeps like that

Marcos Ezequiel Hernández Damaglia "Oops, someth8ng went wrong" is usually associated with the Sololearn servers not responding. It usually gets rectified within hours. I suggest you do something else for now, and try again later. If it persists, contact info@sololearn.com with details

MATOVU CALEB I remember spending a lot of times bits (I think 5) to experiment with the code. But if I'm mistaken at least I should get a message saying that I'm not a pro member or something, not an "oops, something went wrong" message

They also couldn’t find a previous email, so I apologize, something must’ve gone wrong with the emails and that must be why you hadn’t heard back previously. If anyone else is having this exact issue, please email in to info@sololearn.com with screenshots and details!

Marcos Ezequiel Hernández Damaglia i will follow up! Last i saw earlier this week, the devs had requested our customer service team ask you for the video so i dont know how the investigation was going after that.

What the message you can there? Error? You can ask directly by mailto: info@sololearn.com , if it seems a bug anytime with proper details, screen shots....

When I touch "tap to try" in any example of any lesson of any course. It sends me to the Code Playground (as expected), but it says "Oops, something went wrong. We could not complete the request"

@Bunny Ohh don't worry, there are no problems with the emails, because I sent only a email, it was yesterday, it's the first time I comunícate this, before I didn't sent because I didn't need to practice to much, but now I want to learn new languages so I would like to try the codes
