i'm very intersiting in learning coding ,,but may stop !

am from ethiopia i finish the fundamental cource in (html,css,php,c++,java iscript,machine learning.....) and i need extra more learned to become the good programer but i can't i'm very intersiting in learning coding ,,but may stop learning code becouse of absense of laptop and extra material to learn or fund ,,please if anyone can help me or fund to me if you can and interesting on me please ,,ask the way i get please leave in comment that way thank you !!
