I'm graphic designer, now learning Python

Guys, I need your advices. I'm designer for nine yrs. Now I want to learn code. Formerly, I learnt html/css/ a bit js. Started already Python and took course from beginning to functions.

Main question: am I on right way? I am totally confused. :/

I think you are on right way, do not be confused. Try run some examples from Basic Python as Simple program on your PC or laptop. Step by step, you Will see.
