For one to become a good web designer does them need to master Html and css only?

What languages does a web designer need to learn.

javascript is probably harder just because its pretty much programming. css is used to make the web page look pretty, while html is the outline. Javascript will be the actual functionality, for example, you may want to use javascript to make a button do something.

Keep in mind difficulty is usually subjective, one person could find css harder. majority if I were to guess would say javascript though.

if you can understand HTML CSS AND JS codes, u can be very good web developer...
You can download free templates from internet, analyse the code, and after change it for your client, you will progress and learn with this method
