After HTML do I learn CSS right after or Responsive web design?

I am really confused on the order of this course, should CSS be first or Responsive web design?

Learn css than responsive. Responsive course have some basic css styles and it cover responsive part. Css course cover much more style rules, with this course you will have solid knowledge of css, and you will be ready to make amazing websites, than you can learn how to make your site look amazing on all devices (desktops, tablets, phones..) - or with other words responsive. But if you wanna make responsive sites faster start with responsive course, but I thing there are still some css styling rules you should know, what can help you a lot to make respinsive layout.

I think responsive should be first .it is better when learning web development to start from the less to the more advanced part.
