Which terminal is best for pc?

which terminal you prefer? and which terminal is fast?

for windows its cmd , but I'll recommend powershell .... because power shell fakes like being unix like ...

any other one like bash will be slower ... as windows isnt made for it..

on linux any terminal will do the job :)

i prefer default one shipped with distro ..

That is called Dual boot. You can install Linux OS on Windows OS in a separate drive.

Also you can make bootable Pen Drive of Ubuntu and directly use in Windows OS without installing.

Ubuntu is a Linux OS.

And what is Linux subsystem.

I was talking about OS not terminal.

If we can directly install Linux OS with Windows OS then why we need third party application. I am using Ubuntu with windows in a single PC since many years lmao.

It is known as dual booting system means we can use both OS simultaneously.

Note: I am talking about OS not terminal. Terminal is just an interface for OS.

A͢J srry to say its not dual boot, and its Windows Subsystem for Linux or WSL. we can use ubuntu terminal in windows via wsl without vm and dual boot, you can download ubuntu from microsoft store and im using ubuntu terminal for 1year lmao
