Start from basic fundamentals, what is programming language? Do I really want to learn? And after take a look at big companies which has big network such as Google Apple Microsoft watch the video beside that, if you don't have enough English level improve your English firstly, when you understand generally what you want, go with the flow in queue;

HTML understand the body structures -> CSS impelent graph thing on HTML -> JS understand the real programming language, functions, loops , structures, variables, lists -> Frameworks and Libraries such as JQuery, React.JS, Bootstrap, Vue.js to code much more easy and soft -> you will get a job no doubt.
