Lost my 110+ day streak although I have done at least one lesson every day!

Question

I had a 110+ day streak. I am 100% sure that I have completed at least one lesson per day.

Now my streak is down to 3 days and the picture of my STREAK monitor shows that I failed three days ago but at the same time the picture shows also that I have reached 50% of my daily goal of 2 lessons per day at that day, which means that had done one lesson at that day.

Obviously a technical error. What can I do?
