Just kidding. How far and how fast you can go, depends only on you. Some people can learn quickly and for others it may take weeks to understand simple concepts.

This book you linked, seems to cover an awful lot of python topics, but machine learning is not one of them. But it might be good to understand what else you can achieve with python.
