He's indonesian, spasi should mean space.
the whole meaning is unclear.
My two cents here if they can be of some use:
C++ is not space sensitive
Python is space sensitive
for better answers you need better questions.

there is no such thing as pseudo Latin :P it's basically making a word look like a Latin, but doesn't fit the rules. It's quite ridiculatus.
