Solution for "Sorry! It seems something went wrong on our end!" message.

Hi, I've been getting this "Sorry! It seems something went wrong on our end!" message since yesterday. I attempted that particular question using mobile app. but it also doesn't support to check the answer for that question.so that, I can't continue the lesson.. What should I do? Could someone help me plz?
