React app failed to load on refresh

Question

Hello, I got a react app that works fine but once I'm in a url like localhost:3000/about for example, it fails if I refresh. What should I do? What happen?
Btw I'm using react-dom-router v6.5

The server is started. It works fine but failed if i reload on a sub url. Only the home works
