After finishing the Web course(HTML, CSS, js,...etc) here in Sololearn would I be eligible for a job?
I am a faster learner so I'll be done in 6 months I am wondering if after finishing the courses would I be able to land a job or should I begin with freelancing and build a portfolio (websites, games,...etc)?

Yup depends on your skills but there aree so many extensions of javascript in library like jquery and frame works like angular and react if you are good at those you have higher chance

With just course, no.
You need to build projects, with better project you will have more chance, also learn some css framework like sass or less and some js library/framework like angular, react or vue.
Testing js code is also needed skill, same as using git and npm.
Of course there is chance to find job with just html, css and js, but the more you know the better.
Ideas for projects:
1. Responsive portfolio
2. Some product landing website with functionality to filter products for example
3. Some app like calculator or some game
4. Some project where you fetch data from API like weather app
