Need a better solution.

To learn java Android development is must. But due to better configuration i can't run Android development in my pc. I have tried an online platform like neverinstall.com. However,same result. So does there any option left?

In theory, you don't need such software, they help, that's all.

You can write all of your code in Notepad and save it accordingly.
