1. Design a platform to trade Smart Phones (For eg: for Project GenZ).
( along with Header and Footer)
2. Create a proper brand name, logo, style, guidelines/ pamphlets (not mandatory).
3. Built a prototype and wireframe of User manual / guide / design language of the website. Make sure it should be with proper routing (No copywriting is allowed; It should of your own creation)
4. It should be mobile responsive as well (If can be done would be an additional point)

It look like you need to design some website about trading smartphones.

1. You should design for example home page, what have header (with logo and nav links), footer with some additional links or social media accounts.
2. You need to find name for this website, find or create logo, choose color palete for example.
3. Website wireframe is how page should look like, like sketch of elements on page. Don't know about others.
4. Your design should be responsive for mobile(you probably need to create 2 designs one for desktop, one for mobile)

For design you should use some tool like Figma or similar.
But if task is to create website then html, css and Javascript will be enough

If you don't know something try to find on internet or watch some video. This look like task from college, if you don't know what should be done ask them, they should explain you what is expected

Try to find similar site on internet, it will help you to get inspiration.

This is some site for trading some items, when user select item he can see more about it, like description, images, location of person who trade it and some contact info.

I also don't know what pages you should have, do you need one page or maybe more, thats why you should ask person who give you task.
