How to change image to text?

i want to edit the text present in image format.but it is not possible. so i want the correct code to convert image to text.

Change the extension to .txt and then edit it

Download free offline utility jocr for this purpose
Or you can paste you image on Microsoft OneNote and right click the image and extract the text
