I paid for the Pro subscription, but it's gone, whom do I contact in order to work this out please?

I paid for the Pro subscription, for a lifetime, but now they keep on offering the Pro upgrade, and have lost my payment information.

Is there a "lifetime" subscription? AFAIK there are only the annual and monthly subscription ... You can send an e-mail to info@sololearn.com. Explain the situation clearly. However, considering you have lost the payment information, and the doubtful "lifetime" subscription offer you got came from I don't know where, I just don't know how far it could go.
