Questions get deleted in some cases like it's repetitive/duplicate question, open ended question, etc. Sometimes it may also get deleted if it can be easily Googled and so on.

Questions also get deleted, if you haven't asked with proper tags.

Duplicate, spam, unclear, homework, assignment, OFF-TOPIC and open-ended question can be Mark for Deletion.

What is a benefit of any language has been asked many time times so it can be considered as duplicate question so as I already suggested in previous reply "before asking question just use search option"

And for 2nd question it seems that question also has been asked many times.

so first try to search similar question if you don't find then you can ask.
