skipping parts of a course?

I learned the basics of python a couple of years ago and I'm trying to refresh it most of the beginner's course stuff is way below my level (like. I know what an integer is.) but the intermediate course has just a couple things I don't understand yet. so is there a way to skip ahead in the beginner's course?
