Why str1==str4 return false, while str1==str2 return true, and also str4 = str3.toLowerCase().

As addition, str1.hashCode() == str4.hashCode(). It means, str1 and str4 is referred as the same string object in Constant string pool. Which occupied certain memory block or stack?
