Sololearn still won't consider me a pro user and i don't know why.
It's been more than 8 hours, i know i'm being a little impatient but i'd like to be able to try the pro features before the end of my trial which, due to this issue, i might be met with a way shorter deadline than it should have been if things went okay after getting the free trial, i have contacted support but have to yet receive any answer, i don't know what to do now because i'm quite sure google is well aware of the fact i got the free trial but somehow sololearn thinks i didn't, i'm considering buying an actual subscription but since i was not even able to try out the features i'd consider it a bad move at the moment, i don't know whats the best course of action right now because i've been trying everything to no avail

We understand that you're frustrated with the delay in getting the Pro features on SoloLearn.
There may have been a technical problem.
just keep patience ,The problem will go away soon.
And..
I will recommend to mail on sololearn via emailing `info@sololearn.com`.
Sl team will help resolve the issue and ensure that you can access the pro features you signed up for.

did you check it?
if you use a iphone / appstore / your account / abonements
do you see there sololearn as abo?

I have fixed the issue through support, my apologies for the trouble caused to everyone, i don't need help anymore, deeply sorry again
