Sololearn doesn’t see subscription
I bought a PRO subscription , but I didn 't get the PRO account features. What should I do ?

Maybe you didn't send the money to the right destination. I don't know. Maybe you need to wait for the update i guess.

1. Review your bank account for a transaction matching the subscription amount.
2. If you can't find evidence of the payment, contact your bank to inquire whether they may have canceled the transaction suspecting it as fraudulent.
3. If you find proof of payment, make sure to retain it as evidence for SoloLearn's customer support.
4. Note that without bank verification of a transaction, SoloLearn will not be able to provide you with the subscription.
