With a web app you can use JavaScript to import Three.js for graphics and Ammo.js for physics to create a full 3D game engine. You'll need a few other bits and pieces but those two alone would go a long way. All of that can be hosted here on SoloLearn as a web app.

My only word of caution is version control. I'm prototyping a 3D web app on SoloLearn and lack of version control means using caution as you progress in building the app.
