Question

One of my friends tell me, if you want to learn solidity, you must learn javascript first, is that right? And if that’s right, how deep we needed to learn on javascript?

Solidity is a programming language in its own right. You can start learning it even without prior knowledge of any other language.

Building complex applications and systems, often involves using several different tools, techniques and even languages, for example in case of a web application, the developer(s) might use HTML, CSS and Javascript for the frontend, SQL for the database and basically any general purpose programming language for the backend logic.
Similarly, you may implement some part of a larger system in Solidity, such as the back-end involving smart contracts. And use other techniques for building the client UI.
