Abdi Adisu inside the code editor look for the word private at the far right.. touch it to make public ... This was explained to you a month ago by another user.

You can post codes even if they are private. If you have a code to submit from the playground that you have saved, simply click the (+) in this comment section. Select 'Insert Code'. In the drop-down menu, select 'My Code Bits'. Navigate to the code you want to submit and select 'Done'
