It can vary from person to person depending on your dedication and the time you can commit each day. Basically, to grasp the fundamentals and have a good understanding of coding concepts, it might take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months of consistent practice and learning.
I suggest setting aside a specific amount of time each day to practice coding with patience, using online resources like coding tutorials, and try to complete small projects, start to do small projects in SL. The coding projects will reinforce your learning.
Happy coding!

To become a proficient software engineer, dedicating 3 to 4 hours daily over the course of a year is recommended, as indicated by surveys. A successful progression typically starts with mastering Programming Fundamentals, followed by Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and then delving into Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). For OOP and DSA, languages like C++ or Java are often chosen. Progressing through these stages prepares one comprehensively for various development paths such as web, Android, iOS, and others. It's important to note that a holistic approach, including these fundamental areas, contributes to becoming a well-rounded software engineer, rather than solely focusing on web development.
