its tough without a pc. the best you could probably do is make small test programs on a mobile phone

Anything is possible @mohammed al-sarem, my first successful website I developed using nothing other than my Motorola V360. Google that phone and you'd understand the gravity of the situation I had.

Try pen and paper then draw a compile button and let your brain do the work. Now for real you can try to write the logic of a program on paper and then write it on a compiler whenever you have a pc.
