Are the codes created by someone or given out .

If they are created by a person how does that person know.and if someone is where does he get them from

Abdallah paul while doing lessons someone may decide on saving a code and later using what they learned in a self chosen created code. If you are self driven you just jump in and create your own codes using the various playgrounds or for front-end projects ( html, css, Javascript ) use the web playground.
