How we can display arabic or Chinese or Hindu characters imported data in Jtable or vector tables?

I think encodding I tried this code : con=DriverManager.getConnection ("jdbc:mysql://localhost/mo? useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8","root","");
but also the charcters display like this $#&#.
