How to make hearts if my blocks =45 (<100) were insufficient to fill the hearts

in my day one i have used the blocks for the first replacement i.e. 100 blocks at that time i have 135 blocks so i have no problem but now i have only 45 blocks so there are insufficient to fill these hearts again so now how i can solve this issue

You'll have to wait - but you can use your time wisely. Research the topic you lost all your hearts too. Look up the forum, check the code playground, search the internet, take notes.
And when you have your hearts back in some hours, take your time and pay attention to the questions and answers.
