There are a dozen reasons this could be happening. Whatever you do, don’t give ANYONE your password, even someone you fully believe to be Sololearn staff. First off, what platform are you trying to log in with (eg. Firefox on Windows, app on Android, etc.)? Second off, what happens when you try? Does it say that your password was incorrect? Third off, when did this trouble start, and what was happening before it started? Did you talk to someone about your account, or have to log in at an unusual time to view an image perhaps?

Have you emailed sololearn from the email address that is assocaiated with the account you are attempting to log in?

 If you use Google to sign in to apps, an outdated version of Google Play or a pending OS update might be the root cause of your issue. Make sure your phone and apps are upto date.
