do you think solo learn team should read comments to improve their courses?

one of my old classmates had zero knowledge about coding, but at the university we all needed some programming/coding skills.... I've invited him here and see wonder: he learnt something. and said to me: this is for me, for the absolute beginners. the very beginner courses are well written.... and yes, he was able to complete tasks. maybe not all steps, but it was enough to pass the exams.... comments may have correct answers. it helps to complete the lesson/course faster, but learning how to solve it or recognizing the problem and the possible solution inside the task.... this is knowledge

Of course they should. If they dont listen to their customers feedback they will lose them. In a competitive market one should always be looking for ways to improve & open to feedback
