Gaurav Patil , I am an ethical Hacker and I would advise you to first learn and get your python certificate then in python you learn to use libraries such as Scapy. And you have to understand a lot about networks so I would also advise you to learn HTML, JavaScript and SQL, you will have a good basis to get started if you want I will guide you. As BroFar said, hacking is not always penetrating systems and just like in the movies we are shown, there is a whole world in the world of hacking.
