opensource, or open source:
you can see it's code, and run/compile it yourself;
you can modify it for yourself;
after the modification you can suggest your improvement(s) to the developer(s);
and so on.... search engine "knows" more

why not VSCode? it's a decent ide. Just don't overload it with too much fluff.
Or VSCodium, if you're anti-Microsoft.
Sublime text is good,too. It's fast to start up and easy to use and extend.
Zed, Vim or Neovim, if you're feeling adventurous.

I am trying to look for IDE’s with minimum space requirements. I will check the others mentioned, thank you.

geany
bluefish
notepad3
sublimetext is of course good and fast, but not opensource, and not really free;
by the way:
fleet is free, but not opensource

You can code with HTML and CSS using various platforms like Visual Studio Code, Sublime Text, or even online editors like CodePen. These tools make it easy to practice and develop your skills. If you're working on something more technical, like :https://bestassignmentwriter.co.uk/btec-level-3-engineering-assignments.php having good coding tools at hand will definitely help streamline your projects.
