I need to recover my account

I can't login my sololearn account that is binded with my facebook account? what happened here I lost all my badges and exp in that account is there anything I can do, I also try to reached out to their gmail but there is no response, I'm frustrated those are my hardworks

Try going to the option bar I sololearn app and toggle settings, then go to blocked accounts and check or else go to connected accounts and add another rather, thanks
