Is there any way to retrieve the courses progress and chats

I have re downloaded the solo learn app after a long long time in my other device, and I mistakenly signed up with the email with which I already had an active account And now all my course progress and chats are gone, But rest of the things are intact like followers and codes. Is there any way to retrieve course progress or chats And I'm unable to message anyone to ask for help regarding this situation Please help community members and mods Any damage control method will be appreciated I would like to retrieve at least chats if possible Edit- I'm able to message now ‎‏‎‏‎Joe Igor Makarsky Bunny Oma Falk BroFar A͢J

BroFar Jan I see that too but when clicking on those courses the old ones which I have already completed they start from the very beginning and all the certificates are locked too edit - the courses are unlocked now But all my conversations from the messages section have disappeared are aren't back yet

Did you sign up by typing-in the email and password manually or you selected one of your accounts from the available Google accounts option? If you used the account-selection method, you would need to use that same method to log into your account. Or if you signed up by typing-in the email and password manually, you should use that same method to log in. I can't really help you if you're already using the same method you used to sign up to log in. You should email Sololearn if you still have issues: info@sololearn.com

Afnan Irtesum Chowdhury I signed up using account selection method instead of logging in and it asked a bunch of stuff with I had to answer when I had downloaded SL long time ago I'll try emailing sololearn

So the conclusion is that the chats can't be retrieved but the courses will be retrieved or has to be relearned Btw I've have already asked for help on sololearns official email but they haven't got back to me yet
