What was the biggest mistake you made and what have you learned from it? Which 3 skills and qualities don't you have? (Maybe a native speaker could translate that to good English pls).

The role of an interviewer is to find the right candidate, due to huge volume of applicants, it’s the initial few minutes that define your status. The way you walked in, they way you shook hands with the interviewer, and your body language creates the first impression. Even if you don’t excel in above 3 parameters, it’s your smart answers which will definitely help you to get a job. Do remember, your confidence is the key to success here. Some of the usually asked Questions Includes : [Q] Why should we hire you? [Q] What are your strengths and weaknesses? [Q] Tell us about yourself [Q] How do you evaluate success? [Q] What is your philosophy towards work? [Q] Tell me about any issues you've had with a previous boss. [Q] Would you retire now if you had enough money? [Q] What is you salary expectation? ›All the Best!!‹

Can you please describe to me if this question is about an interview question that I don't want to be asked or about the question that I want to be asked but last not first or in the middle of other question? (I think first is right, but some answers seems to be saying otherwise). Is it hard to be sure only for me as not a native English speaker? (My "less wanted" question is why are you looking for a job without enough experience in development for your age? 😠) But I'm a "switcher"... :-( I hope distant work can leave a question of age outside(?)

@Andrew It's the question you don't want to hear from the interviewer .You don't know a thing about something and he asks questions from that.It can anything as strength weaknesses or a logical aptitude or a programming concept.
