Do we can learn to make video games by completing courses in Sololearn?

I like to make video games. so I want to know about it.

No. Sololearn courses do not cover libraries needed to work with graphic and animations. You still can code a game without this features but it will be no more than console application with primitive ASCII graphics. You can try to start your game development carreer with modding of existing games instead. As you may know some of game modders later became famous (authors of Counter Strike, DotA, etc.)

This will teach you fundamentals. There is a lot more that goes in to making a game than what you will learn here. Take C# and or C++ on here then look into unity engine and unreal engine. Python and pygame are also an option. What you learn here you could make text based games.
