Hard working of Nikolay Sir and other platinum members

Question

Nikolay sir is working very hard to get to lvl17 as soon as possible for which he wins 100s of challenges everyday.
But do you know that it is never possible for him to get more than 1 xp per challenge even if he wins from a platinum member because he has progressed so much in all the languages that the globally 2 member can't give him more than 1 xp. if he looses even only 1 challenge then it is always equal to wasting 32 challenges.

As I have always stressed on - His strength lies not within the staggering amount of XP or challenge count, but instead his patience to bear the change in challenge XP gain system when it happened. A lot of people quitted, complained and protested; He didn't even flinch.

He is still going for Lv17, and when he reaches the mark, it would be a far greater accomplishment compared to before the change was made. Blessing in disguise? Only for those who bear through. :>
