Just spent a month and a half on html n css. Should I learn bootstrap next or begin JavaScript?

you should learn js first then Bootstrap.

i know js is hell.Spend some time on it and you will get your results.

First learn all the languages required to make a valid website: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL then you can move to Bootstrap but, I would rather take some time learning it

Consider also Jquery before getting to bootstrap: it will make life easier as Bootstrap is filled with it in its coolest feature.

Get master in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and Mysql first, after that you can do or learn whatever you wish...
