How can I translate knowledge gained in learning programming languages into executable Project?

I have flare for programming but have not been able to use the knowledge for any project I think I will be very actionable if I can work on 2 or 3 projects alongside with experience programmer, this will give me confidence and experience and can make me to independently execute future project on my own. I have a small project on my mind, please, who is ready to be my mentor here?

Try to write down the things you want to use on a piece of paper. For example, when I was learning HTML, I wrote all tags on paper, and used the paper as a kind of help desk. Now, I don't even need the paper anymore! Try it, it'll work, I can assure you.

Yeah, this is right. But I want to actually execute a small project but don't even know how to start. It's like I need a mentor and guide. I will really appreciate it if I can have one on this platform

With what programming language do you need help?

I don't know the easiest one that can be used. I have a webpage and I plan to give tutorial on Statistical software for data analysis for beginners, so I want to develop an assessment page something like quiz (Multiple Choice Question). before the students can start the quiz, they will give details like Name and gender and this will lead to a new page with the quiz and them properly addressed like "Welcome Ola, Sure you will find this interesting." and follow up with instructions on how to answer the quiz section. then the student will click continue which will lead to the quiz in proper. Quiz Maximum Question is 20. it will be timed, and after the quiz, the result will display. This is what the project is all about. I don't know where to start or which language is best for this and how to go about it. Thanks for being there for me!
