To learn php, first learn html, css and javascript in detail.Sololearn's apps and W3Schools is a very helpful place for this. Spend your free time coding. Don't think of coding as work. Think of coding as a fun time activity. After learning these three courses, start php. You cannot make a career only with php. I think that you want to be a web developer. So for that u need all 4 of the above courses. Try to get as much for the net as possible. Resources will always be constrained. When you get hold of these courses try to make a small website of your own. You don't need to be all alone. Ask help from your friends, work in groups. Teamwork is the best way to learn.

Eclipse is the IDE for java, bootstrap is for developing webpages. Decide which you want to do and then work accordingly. First grip the basics fully

if you want to make career in PHP first you have to learn HTML, CSS. If you want to learn PHP by yourself then I suggest these websites. w3schools.com thenewbiston.com tutorialspoint.com these website will help you in understanding PHP in a very simple manner. like many other web languages PHP does not require any software but it does require a server. there are many ide's like NetBeans, PHPstorm, etc. but just a Notepad is enough for you on the beginners level

they say a man's success depends on his ability to acquire knowledge. What I think you need to is to seek different sources do not limit your self to one source and also practice makes perfect.
