You could ask every programmer all over the world and you wouldn't get one answer ... it is a matter of perspective. There are lots of different programming languages with different paradigms and uses and everyone has his own inclinations and likings. In my opinion there is no best language, but there are languages that are much more useful dor certain purposes than other languages.

There no real best language. Each language is for a different purpose. A better question would be what language is best for this.
