if you willing to learn asp.net.......mva.microsoft.com is your only answer. Well as far as Sololearn goes, you can learn your HTML, CSS, Javascript and C# here.

If you really opting for webdevlopments, id suggest you take up courses on MVC, model view controller via mva.microsoft.com
