No-one can access it, until you share the link...
For temporarly share a code without make it public, you can share the link of it even if it's private.
Later, if you need to disallow access to it, just save it under a new name ( it will get a new id/link ) and delete the previous shared one ;)

Make public something interesting for other programmers, keep private the small code made for learning.

@Salah you have 88 public code, this is more then a simple archive, it would be good for you to save them in your device and organize them in different folders.
