For starting Python, the best IDE, I think, is IDLE. Yes, it can be bad sometimes, but it gets the job done (usually).

then pycharm
i use any text editor.

Well... I use Notepad... but what's the difference of using a simple Noteblock and using the best IDE? Is not the same programming language?
