no, you can't, but you can upload pictures to another site and post the link :) like dropbox, Google drive, Flickr or something

I use imgur and I use the individual link for the image. It works :) I used it on my most recent project selandicegame.weebly.com check it out if you'd like.

For sololearn programs you can't put images stored on your device so you might have to use a CDN (content delivery network) to link images in the page or use data uri images by converting your images into text that HTML can display as a image..
