[SUGGESTION] How to prevent people from copying codes?
Sololearn can learn from Codepen or Github in this regard. When we save another person's code, it should remain private by default and there should be no option to make it public. If someone does the effort to directly copy the code and make it a public, 5 mod reports with the reason being plagiarism should deduct 100xp from the user profile. This might prevent others from 'stealing' codes. In the next update, Sololearn can make a moderator dashboard for moderators so that they know what all mods have been

Stealer should given a warning to remove the code within a certain span of time, if he won't, 100xp per day would be deducted from his profile every second day.

I understand that this topic is to stop people resharing code and passing it off as their own... but any code that can be viewed, can be stolen.

@Chirag Agreed...

Yup I also think the same , there's no use of making others people codes public .

This site is an open learning forum. Closed, proprietary code shouldn't be posted here. If you don't want it copied, don't post it.

It's really a good idea, but I think the user should receive a badge called "Plagiarist" too
